T.O.S. & INFO

- To commission me, message me the info either on Twitter (ryeliths) or Discord (ryeliths). Email is a work in progress.- I only take PayPal for payment.- Prices may slightly vary depending on commission and character design complexity.- +50% per extra character in singular piece.- Complex backgrounds is also extra (varies; ask me if unsure.)- I will draw almost anything (feral and anthro furries, humans/humanoids, NSFW, kink, gore, etc.)- Gore and NSFW art may be a bit more than base price (varies, ask me if unsure.)- If you are giving me a furry/animal character to draw, please specify if you want them drawn feral or anthro.- My art is semi-experimental. I only say this because my art is occasionally inconsistent. If you have a specific style of mine you want, please tell me that.- All my commissioners will receive a transparent and simple / flat color background version of their commission (excluding emotes and pixels which be transparent images only). More detailed pictures with detailed background might not have transparent version.- My art is to be used for personal use only (profile photos, banners, etc.) I will need further discussion for commissions that will be used for commercial use (printing and selling on shirts, etc.)- Twitch/YouTube assets (stream alerts, emotes, etc.) are considered personal use and commercial fees do not have to be discussed (unless stated otherwise in some cases).- I have the right to deny any commission for any reason, whether it makes me uncomfortable or whether I simply believe I'm not capable of doing it.- You are allowed to repost and use your commissioned work how you please, just do not claim it as your own. Credit is also appreciated but not necessary.- Do not use my art for or feed my art to AI programs. Do not use my art for anything AI related.- Do not use my art for anything crypto or NFT related.- I have the right to post the finished commission to any platform. If you wish for it not to be posted, or for you to be listed as anonymous, please tell me that before hand when discussing the commission.- Please do not rush me. I have a life and another job, I'm not able to create or do art 24/7.- Minor tweaks can be made for free to the final piece. Extra would have to be paid for bigger tweaks and changes to the final product.- Progress shots will be sent during the process of doing your commission. I will wait for approval of certain steps before continuing to make sure everything is alright.- If uploading my art to toyhouse, you can credit my account rickgrimes.- By commissioning me you acknowledge you have read and understand my TOS. I am allowed to blacklist you from commissioning me again if anything is broken or not properly followed.
